6698 Sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) kapsamında ilgili kişi olarak tanımlanan kişisel veri sahiplerine veya bu kişilerin yasal temsilcilerine (“Başvuru Sahibi” veya “İlgili Kişi”), ilişkin olarak KVKK’nın 11. maddesinde kişisel verilerin işlenmesine ilişkin taleplerde bulunma hakları düzenlenmiştir.

KVKK’nın 13/1. maddesi uyarınca; veri sorumlusu olan Alotech İletişim Teknolojileri Ticaret A.Ş. (“AloTech”)’ye bu haklara ilişkin olarak yapılacak başvuruların yazılı olarak veya Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kurulu (“Kurul”) tarafından belirlenen diğer yöntemlerle iletilmesi gerekmektedir. Niteliğine göre talebiniz; AloTech’e ulaştığı tarihten itibaren en kısa sürede veya en geç otuz gün içinde cevaplandırılacaktır.

1. Başvuru Yöntemi

KVKK’nın 13/1. maddesi uyarınca veri sorumlusu olan AloTech’e, kişisel verilerin işlenmesine ilişkin talepler kapsamında yapılacak başvurularda aşağıdaki yöntemler tercih edilebilir:

• Posta Yoluyla veya Şahsen Başvuru: Başvuru Sahibi tarafından doldurulmuş ve imzalanmış başvuru formu ile kimliğini tevsik edici belgelerle birlikte “Dumlupınar Mah. Yumurtacı Abdibey Cad. Nuhoğlu Yenitepe Projesi No:4 A Blok Daire 207 Kadıköy İstanbul” adresine bizzat veya posta yoluyla başvurulabilir.
• Kayıtlı Elektronik Posta (KEP) Yoluyla Başvuru: Başvuru Sahibi’ne ait kayıtlı elektronik posta (KEP) adresinden imzalanmış dilekçe veya dilerse “Başvuru Formu” ile alotech@hs01.kep.tr adresine e-posta gönderilerek başvuru yapılabilir.
• Mobil İmza veya Güvenli Elektronik İmza Kullanılarak Elektronik Posta Yoluyla Başvuru: Başvuru Sahibi’nce mobil imza veya güvenli elektronik imza ile imzalanmış bir dilekçe veya dilerse “Başvuru Formu” doldurulması suretiyle alotech@hs01.kep.tr adresine e-posta gönderilerek başvuru yapılabilir.
• E-postayla Başvuru: Başvuru Sahibi’nce veri sorumlusu olan AloTech’e daha önceden bildirilmiş ve AloTech’in sisteminde kayıtlı bulunan elektronik posta adresi kullanılmak suretiyle kisiselverilerim@alo-tech.com adresine e-posta gönderilerek başvuru yapılabilir. Bu başvuruda talep konusuna bağlı olarak AloTech’in ek kimlik doğrulama isteme hakkı saklıdır.

Ayrıca Noter veya hukuken geçerli ve kimliği doğrulama imkanı sağlayan yöntemlerle de başvuru yapılabilir. Başvurularda yukarıda belirtilen hususlara ilgili yöntem imkan verdiği ölçüde uyulması, başvurunun olumlu ve kısa sürede sonuçlanma ihtimalini artıracağı için tavsiye edilir.

Application Form

Under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“LPPD”), personal data owners, defined as data subjects, or their legal representatives (“Applicant” or “Data Subject”), are granted rights to make requests concerning the processing of their personal data as regulated in Article 11 of the LPPD.

In accordance with Article 13/1 of the LPPD, applications concerning these rights to the data controller, AloTech İletişim Teknolojileri Ticaret A.Ş. (“AloTech”), must be submitted in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”). Depending on its nature, your request will be answered as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest from the date it reaches AloTech.

1. Application Method

In accordance with Article 13/1 of the LPPD, the following methods can be used for applications to be made to the data controller, AloTech, regarding requests concerning the processing of personal data:

• Application by Post or In Person: The Applicant can apply in person or by post to the address “NidaKule Plaza Kozyatağı Mahallesi, Değirmen Sokak, No:18 KAT:13 D:22 Kadıköy İstanbul” with the completed and signed application form and documents verifying their identity.
• Application via Registered Electronic Mail (KEP): An application can be made by sending an email from the Applicant’s registered electronic mail (KEP) address to alotech@hs01.kep.tr with a signed petition or, if preferred, the “Application Form”.
• Application via Email Using Mobile Signature or Secure Electronic Signature: An application can be made by sending an email to alotech@hs01.kep.tr with a petition signed by the Applicant with a mobile signature or secure electronic signature, or by filling out the “Application Form”.
• Application by Email: An application can be made by sending an email to kisiselverilerim@alo-tech.com using the email address previously notified to the data controller AloTech by the Applicant and registered in AloTech’s system. In this application, AloTech reserves the right to request additional identity verification depending on the subject of the request.

Applications can also be made through a Notary Public or other legally valid methods that provide identity verification. It is recommended to comply with the above-mentioned points to the extent permitted by the chosen method, as this will increase the likelihood of a positive and prompt outcome for the application.
