WEB SİTESİ GİZLİLİK VE KİŞİSEL VERİLERİN KORUNMASI POLİTİKASI
İşbu Gizlilik ve Güvenlik Politikası (“Gizlilik Politikası”), www.alotech.com.tr alan adlı web sitesini (“Web Sitesi”) ziyaret eden kullanıcıların (“Kullanıcı”) verdiği kişisel bilgilerle ilgili AloTech İletişim Teknolojileri Tic. A.Ş. (“AloTech”) vizyon ve politikalarını içermektedir. AloTech, edindiği veya sakladığı bilgilerin gizliliğini sağlamayı aşağıdaki şartlar çerçevesinde taahhüt etmektedir.
1. Gizlilik Politikası’nın Kapsamı
İşbu Gizlilik Politikası’nda yer verilen taahhütler, sadece AloTech ile Web Sitesi aracılığıyla paylaşılan bilgiler için geçerlidir. Web Sitesi’nde linki verilen/verilecek web sitelerinin kendi gizlilik ilkeleri, etik ilkeleri ve kullanım şartları geçerli olup, bu sitelerde uğranabilecek maddi/manevi kayıplardan AloTech’i hiçbir surette sorumlu değildir.
2. Gizlilik ve Güvenlik Politikası’nın Değiştirilmesi
AloTech, gizlilik ve veri koruma prensiplerini güncel tutmak ve ilgili mevzuata uygun hale getirmek için bu Gizlilik Politikası’nda önceden haber vermeksizin gerekli değişiklikler yapma hakkını saklı tutar. Gizlilik Politikası’nı değiştirmeye karar verilmesi halinde, değişen politika Web Sitesi üzerinde ilan edilecektir.
3. Kişisel Verilerin Korunması
AloTech, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu kapsamında “veri sorumlusu” sıfatıyla kişisel verilerinizin kanun ve ilgili sair mevzuata uygun olarak işlenerek muhafaza edilmesine büyük önem vermektedir.
Kişisel verileriniz, AloTech tarafından, sipariş formları ile benzeri formlar ve ekleri, çağrı merkezleri, yazılı iletişim kanalları, internet sitesi üzerinden hem elektronik hem de fiziki olarak toplanmaktadır. AloTech, Kullanıcı’lara ait e-posta adresleri, isim ve soy isimleri, kimlik bilgileri, adres veya telefon numaraları, çağrı merkeziyle görüşmeniz halinde ses kayıtlarınız gibi kişisel verilerin yanında, internet sitesi üzerinden, IP adresi, kullanım ile ilgili başlangıç ve bitiş bilgileri ile kullanımının türü ve kapsamı ve tarayıcının ve işletim sisteminin türünü de kaydetmektedir.
AloTech tarafından toplanan kişisel verileriniz;
- AloTech ürün ve/veya hizmetlere ilişkin demo talep edilmesi veya satın alma işlemleri ile,
- AloTech’e ürün veya hizmet sunulması halinde,
- AloTech ile herhangi bir vasıta ile iletişime geçildiğinde,
- Pazarlamaya yönelik gönderilen ticari elektronik iletilerin alınması talep veya tercih edildiğinde,
- AloTech’e iş başvurusu yapıldığında ve/veya AloTech’te çalışmaya başlandığında,
- AloTech tarafından düzenlenen etkinlik ve organizasyonlarımıza katılım halinde ve
- Web Sitesi’nin ziyaret edilmesi durumunda
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu’nun 5. ve 6. maddelerinde belirtilen kişisel veri işleme şartları titizlikle gözetilerek işlenecek, söz konusu kanun ve ilgili sair mevzuat uyarınca kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesi için açık rızanızın alınmasının zorunlu olduğu durumlarda söz konusu rıza alınmadan kişisel verileriniz işlenmeyecektir.
Kişisel verilerinizin AloTech tarafından işlenme amaçları şunlardır:
- AloTech tarafından sunulan ürün ve hizmetlerin sizlere beğenileriniz, kullanım alışkanlıklarınız ve ihtiyaçlarınız doğrultusunda özelleştirilerek önerilmesi ve tanıtılması için gerekli olan faaliyetlerin planlanması ve icrası (bu kapsamda; müşteri memnuniyeti faaliyetlerinin planlanması ve/veya icrası, ürün ve hizmetlerle ilgili pazar araştırma ve pazarlama faaliyet ve süreçlerinin planlanması ve/veya icrası, sunulan ürün veya hizmetlerden en yüksek faydanın elde edilmesi için ilgili süreçlerin planlanması ve/veya icrası),
- AloTech tarafından sunulan ürün ve hizmetlerden sizleri faydalandırmaya yönelik çalışmaların ilgili iş birimleri tarafından yapılması ve ilgili iş süreçlerinin yürütülmesi (Bu kapsamda; ürün ve/veya hizmetlerin satış süreçlerinin planlanması ve/veya icrası, satış sonrası destek hizmetlerinin planlanması ve/veya icrası, müşteri ilişkileri yönetimi süreçlerinin planlanması ve/veya icrası, müşteri talep ve şikâyetlerinin takibi, sözleşme süreçlerinin ve/veya hukuki taleplerin takibi),
- AloTech’in ve onunla iş ilişkisi içerisinde olan ilgili kişilerin hukuki, teknik ve ticari iş güvenliğinin temin edilmesi (Bu kapsamda; denetim faaliyetlerinin planlanması ve/veya icrası, faaliyetlerin şirket prosedürleri ve/veya ilgili mevzuata uygun olarak yürütülmesinin temini için gerekli operasyonel faaliyetlerin planlanması ve icrası, operasyonların güvenliğinin temini, verilerin doğru ve güncel olmasının sağlanması, yetkili kuruluşlara mevzuattan kaynaklı bilgi verilmesi),
- AloTech tarafından yürütülen ticari faaliyetlerin gerçekleştirilmesi için ilgili iş birimleri tarafından gerekli çalışmaların yapılması ve buna bağlı iş süreçlerinin yürütülmesi, (bu kapsamda; bilgi güvenliği süreçlerinin planlanması, denetimi ve icrası, bilgi teknolojileri alt yapısının oluşturulması ve yönetilmesi, finans ve/veya muhasebe işlerinin takibi, hukuk işlerinin takibi, iş faaliyetlerinin etkinlik/verimlilik ve/veya yerindelik analizlerinin gerçekleştirilmesi faaliyetlerinin planlanması ve/veya icrası, iş faaliyetlerinin planlanması ve icrası, kurumsal iletişim faaliyetlerinin planlanması ve icrası, lojistik faaliyetlerinin planlanması ve icrası, operasyon süreçlerinin planlanması ve icrası),
- AloTech’in ticari ve/veya iş stratejilerinin planlanması ve icrası (bu kapsamda; iş ortakları, üreticiler, bayiler ve/veya tedarikçilerle olan ilişkilerin yönetimi, stratejik planlama faaliyetlerinin icrası, iş ortakları üreticiler, ve/veya tedarikçilerin performans değerlendirme süreçlerinin planlanması ve takibi).
Kişisel verileriniz AloTech tarafından verilen hizmetler kapsamında, sigorta şirketleri, yazılım firmaları, yurtdışı ve yurtiçi banka ve finans kuruluşları, lisanslı ödeme kuruluşları, verilerin bulut ve benzeri ortamlarda tutulması ve korunması için hizmet alınan yurtiçi ve yurtdışı kuruluşlar, sunucu hizmeti alınan yurtiçi ve yurtdışı kuruluşlar, ticari elektronik ileti gönderilmesi için hizmet alınan yurtiçi ve yurtdışı kuruluşlar, Bankalararası Kart Merkezi (BKM), reklam ve iletişim ajansları, kredi kartı hizmet sağlayıcıları, ödeme hizmet sağlayıcıları, internet servis sağlayıcıları, mobil uygulama ve internet sitesi yazılım bakım ve destek hizmetleri sağlayanlar, AloTech’in pay sahipleri, bağlı bulunduğu grup veya grupların diğer şirketleri, doğrudan ve dolaylı bağlı ortaklık ve iştirakleri de dâhil olmak üzere AloTech’in yurtiçi ve yurtdışındaki iş ve çözüm ortaklarıyla, bunların faaliyetleri kapsamında kullanacakları bilgilerle sınırlı olmak kaydıyla paylaşılmaktadır.
AloTech ayrıca kişisel verilerinizi yasal mevzuat gereği bilgi verilmesi zorunlu olan adli, idari ya da resmi sair makamlarla da paylaşmaktadır. Söz konusu veri paylaşımlarıyla; Hizmetlerimizin güvenli bir şekilde, kesintisiz olarak ve üstün kalitede sunulabilmesi ve yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi amaçlanmaktadır.
Web Sitesi’nin ve platformların geliştirilmesi, müşterilerin ve kullanıcıların tercihlerine göre ürün ve hizmet çeşitliliğinin arttırılması, kullanıcı deneyimini ölçümlemek gibi amaçlar ile yurt dışında yer alan ve işbu Politika’da belirtilen hizmet sağlayıcılar ile çalışıyoruz. Bu doğrultuda, Web Sitesi dâhilinde başka sitelere link verilebilmekte olup AloTech bu linkler vasıtasıyla erişilen sitelerin gizlilik uygulamaları ve içeriklerine yönelik herhangi bir sorumluluk taşımamaktadır. AloTech’e ait sitede yayınlanan reklamlar, reklamcılık yapan iş ortaklarımız aracılığı ile kullanıcılarımıza dağıtılır. İşbu Gizlilik ve Güvenlik Politikası prensipleri, Web Sitesi için geçerli olup üçüncü taraf web sitelerini kapsamaz.
AloTech, kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesi ve paylaşılması süreçlerinde, verilerinizin hukuka aykırı olarak kullanılmasını önlemek ve muhafazasını sağlamak için mevzuat uyarınca uygun güvenlik düzeyini sağlamak için gerekli tüm tedbirleri almaktadır. Kişisel veriler yalnızca AloTech faaliyetleri kapsamında toplanacak, toplanma amaçları ile ilişkili olarak kullanılacak, işlenme amaçlarının gerektirdiği süreler boyunca saklanacak, yürürlükteki mevzuatta belirtilen kuralları ve de istisnaları aşar şekilde işlenmeyecek ve işlenmesini gerektiren sebeplerin ortadan kalkması hâlinde, yürürlükteki diğer mevzuattan doğan saklama mecburiyeti bulunan haller saklı olmak üzere, silinecek, yok edilecek veya anonim hale getirilecektir.
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu’nun 11. maddesi uyarınca AloTech’e başvurarak; (i) Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, (ii) Kişisel verileriniz işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme, (iii) Kişisel verilerinizin işlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, (iv) Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında kişisel verilerinizin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, (v) Kişisel verilerinizin eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması hâlinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteme, (vi) Amaç, süre ve meşruiyet prensipleri dâhilinde değerlendirilmek üzere Kişisel Verilerinizin işlenmesini gerektiren sebeplerin ortadan kalkması halinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme, (vii) Kişisel verilerinizin düzeltilmesi, silinmesi ya da yok edilmesi halinde bu işlemlerin kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, (viii) İşlenen kişisel verilerinizin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi durumunda aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkması halinde bu sonuca itiraz etme ve (ix) Kişisel verilerinizin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi ve bu sebeple zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.
AloTech nezdinde tutulan kişisel verilerinizin güncellenmesi, düzeltilmesi ve kişisel verilerinizle ilgili diğer her türlü soru, talep ve görüşleriniz Web Sitesi’nde https://alotech.com.tr/basvuru-formu adresinde yer alan Başvuru Formu’nda belirtilen yöntemlerle Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ uyarınca bize her zaman ulaşabilirsiniz. AloTech talebinizi niteliğine göre en kısa sürede ve en geç otuz gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandıracaktır. Ancak, işlemin ayrıca bir maliyeti gerektirmesi hâlinde, AloTech’in Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulunca belirlenen tarife üzerinden ücret talep etme hakkı saklıdır.
4. Çerezler
Çerezler, Web Sitesi’ni kullanmak için gerekli olan ve tarayıcınız tarafından sabit diskinize geçici olarak depolanan küçük veri birimleridir. Bir çerez genellikle, rastgele şekilde oluşturulmuş bir sayıdan oluşan ve cihazınıza depolanan benzersiz bir tanımlayıcı içerir.
Bu tanımlayıcıların bazıları Web Sitesi oturumunuz sona erdiğinde geçerliliğini yitirirken, bazıları ise daha uzun süreler boyunca cihazınızda kalabilir. Teknik açıdan gerekli çerezler otomatik olarak kullanılacaktır. Diğer çerezler (ya da benzeri teknolojiler) yalnızca ön onayınız üzerine uygulanacaktır.

5. Ticari Elektronik İleti Onayı
Kullanıcı’nın, kendisine AloTech tarafından ticari elektronik ileti gönderilmesine onay vermiş olması halinde 6563 Sayılı Elektronik Ticaretin Düzenlenmesi Hakkında Kanun ve Ticari İletişim ve Ticari Elektronik İletiler Hakkında Yönetmelik’e uygun olarak, Kullanıcı’ya AloTech ile ilgili olarak tanıtım, pazarlama ve promosyon faaliyetleri yapılması için, telefon, çağrı merkezleri, faks, otomatik arama makineleri, akıllı ses kaydedici sistemler, elektronik posta, kısa mesaj hizmeti gibi iletişim araçları kullanılarak ticari elektronik ileti gönderilebilecektir.
Kullanıcı tarafından onaylanmaması halinde AloTech Kullanıcı’ya, bu tür içerikli herhangi bir ileti göndermemektedir. Kullanıcı, AloTech tarafından gönderilen iletileri almak istememesi halinde, ticari elektronik ileti almayı reddetme hakkını kullanarak her zaman AloTech’in ileti listesinden çıkabilme hakkına sahiptir.
WEBSITE PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY
This Privacy and Security Policy (“Privacy Policy”) contains the vision and policies of AloTech İletişim Teknolojileri Tic. A.Ş. (“AloTech”) regarding the personal information provided by users (“User”) who visit the website with the domain name www.alotech.com.tr (“Website”). AloTech undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of the information it acquires or stores within the framework of the following conditions.
- Scope of the Privacy Policy
The commitments set forth in this Privacy Policy are valid only for information shared with AloTech through the Website. Websites linked or to be linked on the Website are subject to their own privacy principles, ethical principles, and terms of use, and AloTech is in no way responsible for any material/moral losses that may be incurred on these sites.
- Modification of the Privacy and Security Policy
AloTech reserves the right to make necessary changes to this Privacy Policy without prior notice in order to keep its privacy and data protection principles up-to-date and compliant with relevant legislation. Should a decision be made to change the Privacy Policy, the amended policy will be announced on the Website.
- Protection of Personal Data
As a “data controller” under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, AloTech places great importance on the processing and preservation of your personal data in accordance with the law and other relevant legislation.
Your personal data is collected by AloTech both electronically and physically through order forms and similar forms and their annexes, call centers, written communication channels, and the website. In addition to personal data such as Users’ e-mail addresses, names and surnames, identity information, addresses or phone numbers, and your voice recordings if you contact the call center, AloTech also records the IP address, start and end information regarding usage, the type and scope of use, and the type of browser and operating system via the website.
Your personal data collected by AloTech will be processed with meticulous observance of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 in the following situations:
- When a demo is requested or a purchase is made for AloTech products and/or services,
- When products or services are offered to AloTech,
- When contacting AloTech through any means,
- When requesting or preferring to receive commercial electronic messages for marketing purposes,
- When applying for a job at AloTech and/or starting to work at AloTech,
- When participating in events and organizations organized by AloTech, and
- When visiting the Website.
In cases where your explicit consent is required for the processing of your personal data under the said law and other relevant legislation, your personal data will not be processed without obtaining such consent.
The purposes for which your personal data is processed by AloTech are as follows:
- Planning and execution of activities necessary for recommending and promoting the products and services offered by AloTech by customizing them according to your tastes, usage habits, and needs (in this context; planning and/or execution of customer satisfaction activities, planning and/or execution of market research and marketing activities and processes for products and services, planning and/or execution of relevant processes to obtain the highest benefit from the products or services offered),
- Carrying out the necessary work by the relevant business units to enable you to benefit from the products and services offered by AloTech and executing the related business processes (in this context; planning and/or execution of sales processes of products and/or services, planning and/or execution of after-sales support services, planning and/or execution of customer relationship management processes, tracking of customer requests and complaints, tracking of contract processes and/or legal claims),
- Ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial-business security of AloTech and the related persons in a business relationship with it (in this context; planning and/or execution of audit activities, planning and execution of necessary operational activities to ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures and/or relevant legislation, ensuring the security of operations, ensuring that data is accurate and up-to-date, providing information to authorized institutions arising from legislation),
- Carrying out the necessary work by the relevant business units for the realization of commercial activities carried out by AloTech and executing the related business processes (in this context; planning, auditing, and execution of information security processes, creation and management of information technology infrastructure, tracking of finance and/or accounting affairs, tracking of legal affairs, planning and/or execution of activities for the efficiency/productivity and/or appropriateness analysis of business activities, planning and execution of business activities, planning and execution of corporate communication activities, planning and execution of logistics activities, planning and execution of operational processes),
- Planning and execution of AloTech’s commercial and/or business strategies (in this context; management of relationships with business partners, manufacturers, dealers, and/or suppliers, execution of strategic planning activities, planning and tracking of performance evaluation processes of business partners, manufacturers, and/or suppliers).
Your personal data is shared by AloTech within the scope of the services provided, with insurance companies, software companies, domestic and foreign banks and financial institutions, licensed payment institutions, domestic and foreign organizations from which services are received for storing and protecting data in the cloud and similar environments, domestic and foreign organizations from which server services are received, domestic and foreign organizations from which services are received for sending commercial electronic messages, the Interbank Card Center (BKM), advertising and communication agencies, credit card service providers, payment service providers, internet service providers, mobile application and website software maintenance and support service providers, AloTech’s shareholders, other companies of the group or groups it is affiliated with, including its direct and indirect subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as AloTech’s domestic and foreign business and solution partners, limited to the information they will use within the scope of their activities.
AloTech also shares your personal data with judicial, administrative, or other official authorities to whom it is legally obligated to provide information. The purpose of these data sharing activities is to provide our services securely, uninterruptedly, and with high quality, and to fulfill our legal obligations.
For purposes such as the development of the Website and platforms, increasing the variety of products and services according to customer and user preferences, and measuring user experience, we work with service providers located abroad and specified in this Policy. In this context, links to other sites may be provided within the Website, and AloTech bears no responsibility for the privacy practices and content of the sites accessed through these links. Advertisements published on AloTech’s site are distributed to our users through our advertising business partners. The principles of this Privacy and Security Policy apply to the Website and do not cover third-party websites.
AloTech takes all necessary measures to provide the appropriate level of security in accordance with the legislation to prevent the unlawful use of your data and to ensure its protection during the processing and sharing of your personal data. Personal data will only be collected within the scope of AloTech’s activities, used in connection with the purposes of collection, stored for the periods required by the processing purposes, will not be processed in a way that exceeds the rules and exceptions specified in the current legislation, and upon the disappearance of the reasons requiring its processing, it will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized, without prejudice to the storage obligations arising from other current legislation.
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, by applying to AloTech, you have the rights to: (i) learn whether your personal data is being processed, (ii) request information if your personal data has been processed, (iii) learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, (iv) know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred at home or abroad, (v) request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, (vi) request the deletion or destruction of your Personal Data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist, to be evaluated within the principles of purpose, period, and legitimacy, (vii) request that the correction, deletion, or destruction of your personal data be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred, (viii) object to a result against you arising from the analysis of your processed personal data exclusively through automated systems, and (ix) request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
You can always reach us for the updating and correction of your personal data held by AloTech, and for all other questions, requests, and opinions regarding your personal data, through the methods specified in the Application Form located at https://alotech.com.tr/basvuru-formu on the Website, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. AloTech will conclude your request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, AloTech reserves the right to charge a fee based on the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
- Cookies
Cookies are small units of data temporarily stored on your hard drive by your browser, which are necessary to use the Website. A cookie usually contains a unique identifier, consisting of a randomly generated number, which is stored on your device.

- Commercial Electronic Message Consent
If the User has given consent for AloTech to send commercial electronic messages, commercial electronic messages may be sent to the User using communication tools such as telephone, call centers, fax, automatic calling machines, smart voice recording systems, electronic mail, and short message service for the purpose of carrying out promotional, marketing, and advertising activities related to AloTech, in accordance with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages.
If not approved by the User, AloTech does not send any messages with such content to the User. If the User does not wish to receive messages sent by AloTech, they have the right to leave AloTech’s communication list at any time by exercising their right to refuse to receive commercial electronic messages.

2. Gizlilik ve Güvenlik Politikası’nın Değiştirilmesi
AloTech, gizlilik ve veri koruma prensiplerini güncel tutmak ve ilgili mevzuata uygun hale getirmek için bu Gizlilik Politikası’nda önceden haber vermeksizin gerekli değişiklikler yapma hakkını saklı tutar. Gizlilik Politikası’nı değiştirmeye karar verilmesi halinde, değişen politika Web Sitesi üzerinde ilan edilecektir.
3. Kişisel Verilerin Korunması
AloTech, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu kapsamında “veri sorumlusu” sıfatıyla kişisel verilerinizin kanun ve ilgili sair mevzuata uygun olarak işlenerek muhafaza edilmesine büyük önem vermektedir.
Kişisel verileriniz, AloTech tarafından, sipariş formları ile benzeri formlar ve ekleri, çağrı merkezleri, yazılı iletişim kanalları, internet sitesi üzerinden hem elektronik hem de fiziki olarak toplanmaktadır. AloTech, Kullanıcı’lara ait e-posta adresleri, isim ve soy isimleri, kimlik bilgileri, adres veya telefon numaraları, çağrı merkeziyle görüşmeniz halinde ses kayıtlarınız gibi kişisel verilerin yanında, internet sitesi üzerinden, IP adresi, kullanım ile ilgili başlangıç ve bitiş bilgileri ile kullanımının türü ve kapsamı ve tarayıcının ve işletim sisteminin türünü de kaydetmektedir.
AloTech tarafından toplanan kişisel verileriniz;
- AloTech ürün ve/veya hizmetlere ilişkin demo talep edilmesi veya satın alma işlemleri ile,
- AloTech’e ürün veya hizmet sunulması halinde,
- AloTech ile herhangi bir vasıta ile iletişime geçildiğinde,
- Pazarlamaya yönelik gönderilen ticari elektronik iletilerin alınması talep veya tercih edildiğinde,
- AloTech’e iş başvurusu yapıldığında ve/veya AloTech’te çalışmaya başlandığında,
- AloTech tarafından düzenlenen etkinlik ve organizasyonlarımıza katılım halinde ve
- Web Sitesi’nin ziyaret edilmesi durumunda
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu’nun 5. ve 6. maddelerinde belirtilen kişisel veri işleme şartları titizlikle gözetilerek işlenecek, söz konusu kanun ve ilgili sair mevzuat uyarınca kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesi için açık rızanızın alınmasının zorunlu olduğu durumlarda söz konusu rıza alınmadan kişisel verileriniz işlenmeyecektir.
Kişisel verilerinizin AloTech tarafından işlenme amaçları şunlardır:
- AloTech tarafından sunulan ürün ve hizmetlerin sizlere beğenileriniz, kullanım alışkanlıklarınız ve ihtiyaçlarınız doğrultusunda özelleştirilerek önerilmesi ve tanıtılması için gerekli olan faaliyetlerin planlanması ve icrası (bu kapsamda; müşteri memnuniyeti faaliyetlerinin planlanması ve/veya icrası, ürün ve hizmetlerle ilgili pazar araştırma ve pazarlama faaliyet ve süreçlerinin planlanması ve/veya icrası, sunulan ürün veya hizmetlerden en yüksek faydanın elde edilmesi için ilgili süreçlerin planlanması ve/veya icrası),
- AloTech tarafından sunulan ürün ve hizmetlerden sizleri faydalandırmaya yönelik çalışmaların ilgili iş birimleri tarafından yapılması ve ilgili iş süreçlerinin yürütülmesi (Bu kapsamda; ürün ve/veya hizmetlerin satış süreçlerinin planlanması ve/veya icrası, satış sonrası destek hizmetlerinin planlanması ve/veya icrası, müşteri ilişkileri yönetimi süreçlerinin planlanması ve/veya icrası, müşteri talep ve şikâyetlerinin takibi, sözleşme süreçlerinin ve/veya hukuki taleplerin takibi),
- AloTech’in ve onunla iş ilişkisi içerisinde olan ilgili kişilerin hukuki, teknik ve ticari iş güvenliğinin temin edilmesi (Bu kapsamda; denetim faaliyetlerinin planlanması ve/veya icrası, faaliyetlerin şirket prosedürleri ve/veya ilgili mevzuata uygun olarak yürütülmesinin temini için gerekli operasyonel faaliyetlerin planlanması ve icrası, operasyonların güvenliğinin temini, verilerin doğru ve güncel olmasının sağlanması, yetkili kuruluşlara mevzuattan kaynaklı bilgi verilmesi),
- AloTech tarafından yürütülen ticari faaliyetlerin gerçekleştirilmesi için ilgili iş birimleri tarafından gerekli çalışmaların yapılması ve buna bağlı iş süreçlerinin yürütülmesi, (bu kapsamda; bilgi güvenliği süreçlerinin planlanması, denetimi ve icrası, bilgi teknolojileri alt yapısının oluşturulması ve yönetilmesi, finans ve/veya muhasebe işlerinin takibi, hukuk işlerinin takibi, iş faaliyetlerinin etkinlik/verimlilik ve/veya yerindelik analizlerinin gerçekleştirilmesi faaliyetlerinin planlanması ve/veya icrası, iş faaliyetlerinin planlanması ve icrası, kurumsal iletişim faaliyetlerinin planlanması ve icrası, lojistik faaliyetlerinin planlanması ve icrası, operasyon süreçlerinin planlanması ve icrası),
- AloTech’in ticari ve/veya iş stratejilerinin planlanması ve icrası (bu kapsamda; iş ortakları, üreticiler, bayiler ve/veya tedarikçilerle olan ilişkilerin yönetimi, stratejik planlama faaliyetlerinin icrası, iş ortakları üreticiler, ve/veya tedarikçilerin performans değerlendirme süreçlerinin planlanması ve takibi).
Kişisel verileriniz AloTech tarafından verilen hizmetler kapsamında, sigorta şirketleri, yazılım firmaları, yurtdışı ve yurtiçi banka ve finans kuruluşları, lisanslı ödeme kuruluşları, verilerin bulut ve benzeri ortamlarda tutulması ve korunması için hizmet alınan yurtiçi ve yurtdışı kuruluşlar, sunucu hizmeti alınan yurtiçi ve yurtdışı kuruluşlar, ticari elektronik ileti gönderilmesi için hizmet alınan yurtiçi ve yurtdışı kuruluşlar, Bankalararası Kart Merkezi (BKM), reklam ve iletişim ajansları, kredi kartı hizmet sağlayıcıları, ödeme hizmet sağlayıcıları, internet servis sağlayıcıları, mobil uygulama ve internet sitesi yazılım bakım ve destek hizmetleri sağlayanlar, AloTech’in pay sahipleri, bağlı bulunduğu grup veya grupların diğer şirketleri, doğrudan ve dolaylı bağlı ortaklık ve iştirakleri de dâhil olmak üzere AloTech’in yurtiçi ve yurtdışındaki iş ve çözüm ortaklarıyla, bunların faaliyetleri kapsamında kullanacakları bilgilerle sınırlı olmak kaydıyla paylaşılmaktadır.
AloTech ayrıca kişisel verilerinizi yasal mevzuat gereği bilgi verilmesi zorunlu olan adli, idari ya da resmi sair makamlarla da paylaşmaktadır. Söz konusu veri paylaşımlarıyla; Hizmetlerimizin güvenli bir şekilde, kesintisiz olarak ve üstün kalitede sunulabilmesi ve yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi amaçlanmaktadır.
Web Sitesi’nin ve platformların geliştirilmesi, müşterilerin ve kullanıcıların tercihlerine göre ürün ve hizmet çeşitliliğinin arttırılması, kullanıcı deneyimini ölçümlemek gibi amaçlar ile yurt dışında yer alan ve işbu Politika’da belirtilen hizmet sağlayıcılar ile çalışıyoruz. Bu doğrultuda, Web Sitesi dâhilinde başka sitelere link verilebilmekte olup AloTech bu linkler vasıtasıyla erişilen sitelerin gizlilik uygulamaları ve içeriklerine yönelik herhangi bir sorumluluk taşımamaktadır. AloTech’e ait sitede yayınlanan reklamlar, reklamcılık yapan iş ortaklarımız aracılığı ile kullanıcılarımıza dağıtılır. İşbu Gizlilik ve Güvenlik Politikası prensipleri, Web Sitesi için geçerli olup üçüncü taraf web sitelerini kapsamaz.
AloTech, kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesi ve paylaşılması süreçlerinde, verilerinizin hukuka aykırı olarak kullanılmasını önlemek ve muhafazasını sağlamak için mevzuat uyarınca uygun güvenlik düzeyini sağlamak için gerekli tüm tedbirleri almaktadır. Kişisel veriler yalnızca AloTech faaliyetleri kapsamında toplanacak, toplanma amaçları ile ilişkili olarak kullanılacak, işlenme amaçlarının gerektirdiği süreler boyunca saklanacak, yürürlükteki mevzuatta belirtilen kuralları ve de istisnaları aşar şekilde işlenmeyecek ve işlenmesini gerektiren sebeplerin ortadan kalkması hâlinde, yürürlükteki diğer mevzuattan doğan saklama mecburiyeti bulunan haller saklı olmak üzere, silinecek, yok edilecek veya anonim hale getirilecektir.
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu’nun 11. maddesi uyarınca AloTech’e başvurarak; (i) Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, (ii) Kişisel verileriniz işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme, (iii) Kişisel verilerinizin işlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, (iv) Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında kişisel verilerinizin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, (v) Kişisel verilerinizin eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması hâlinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteme, (vi) Amaç, süre ve meşruiyet prensipleri dâhilinde değerlendirilmek üzere Kişisel Verilerinizin işlenmesini gerektiren sebeplerin ortadan kalkması halinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme, (vii) Kişisel verilerinizin düzeltilmesi, silinmesi ya da yok edilmesi halinde bu işlemlerin kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, (viii) İşlenen kişisel verilerinizin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi durumunda aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkması halinde bu sonuca itiraz etme ve (ix) Kişisel verilerinizin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi ve bu sebeple zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.
AloTech nezdinde tutulan kişisel verilerinizin güncellenmesi, düzeltilmesi ve kişisel verilerinizle ilgili diğer her türlü soru, talep ve görüşleriniz Web Sitesi’nde https://alotech.com.tr/basvuru-formu adresinde yer alan Başvuru Formu’nda belirtilen yöntemlerle Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ uyarınca bize her zaman ulaşabilirsiniz. AloTech talebinizi niteliğine göre en kısa sürede ve en geç otuz gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandıracaktır. Ancak, işlemin ayrıca bir maliyeti gerektirmesi hâlinde, AloTech’in Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulunca belirlenen tarife üzerinden ücret talep etme hakkı saklıdır.
4. Çerezler
Çerezler, Web Sitesi’ni kullanmak için gerekli olan ve tarayıcınız tarafından sabit diskinize geçici olarak depolanan küçük veri birimleridir. Bir çerez genellikle, rastgele şekilde oluşturulmuş bir sayıdan oluşan ve cihazınıza depolanan benzersiz bir tanımlayıcı içerir.
Bu tanımlayıcıların bazıları Web Sitesi oturumunuz sona erdiğinde geçerliliğini yitirirken, bazıları ise daha uzun süreler boyunca cihazınızda kalabilir. 5. Ticari Elektronik İleti Onayı
Kullanıcı’nın, kendisine AloTech tarafından ticari elektronik ileti gönderilmesine onay vermiş olması halinde 6563 Sayılı Elektronik Ticaretin Düzenlenmesi Hakkında Kanun ve Ticari İletişim ve Ticari Elektronik İletiler Hakkında Yönetmelik’e uygun olarak, Kullanıcı’ya AloTech ile ilgili olarak tanıtım, pazarlama ve promosyon faaliyetleri yapılması için, telefon, çağrı merkezleri, faks, otomatik arama makineleri, akıllı ses kaydedici sistemler, elektronik posta, kısa mesaj hizmeti gibi iletişim araçları kullanılarak ticari elektronik ileti gönderilebilecektir.
Kullanıcı tarafından onaylanmaması halinde AloTech Kullanıcı’ya, bu tür içerikli herhangi bir ileti göndermemektedir. Kullanıcı, AloTech tarafından gönderilen iletileri almak istememesi halinde, ticari elektronik ileti almayı reddetme hakkını kullanarak her zaman AloTech’in ileti listesinden çıkabilme hakkına sahiptir.
WEBSITE PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY
This Privacy and Security Policy (“Privacy Policy”) contains the vision and policies of AloTech İletişim Teknolojileri Tic. A.Ş. (“AloTech”) regarding the personal information provided by users (“User”) who visit the website with the domain name www.alotech.com.tr (“Website”). AloTech undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of the information it acquires or stores within the framework of the following conditions.
- Scope of the Privacy Policy
The commitments set forth in this Privacy Policy are valid only for information shared with AloTech through the Website. Websites linked or to be linked on the Website are subject to their own privacy principles, ethical principles, and terms of use, and AloTech is in no way responsible for any material/moral losses that may be incurred on these sites.
- Modification of the Privacy and Security Policy
AloTech reserves the right to make necessary changes to this Privacy Policy without prior notice in order to keep its privacy and data protection principles up-to-date and compliant with relevant legislation. Should a decision be made to change the Privacy Policy, the amended policy will be announced on the Website.
- Protection of Personal Data
As a “data controller” under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, AloTech places great importance on the processing and preservation of your personal data in accordance with the law and other relevant legislation.
Your personal data is collected by AloTech both electronically and physically through order forms and similar forms and their annexes, call centers, written communication channels, and the website. In addition to personal data such as Users’ e-mail addresses, names and surnames, identity information, addresses or phone numbers, and your voice recordings if you contact the call center, AloTech also records the IP address, start and end information regarding usage, the type and scope of use, and the type of browser and operating system via the website.
Your personal data collected by AloTech will be processed with meticulous observance of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 in the following situations:
- When a demo is requested or a purchase is made for AloTech products and/or services,
- When products or services are offered to AloTech,
- When contacting AloTech through any means,
- When requesting or preferring to receive commercial electronic messages for marketing purposes,
- When applying for a job at AloTech and/or starting to work at AloTech,

In cases where your explicit consent is required for the processing of your personal data under the said law and other relevant legislation, your personal data will not be processed without obtaining such consent.
The purposes for which your personal data is processed by AloTech are as follows:
- Planning and execution of activities necessary for recommending and promoting the products and services offered by AloTech by customizing them according to your tastes, usage habits, and needs (in this context; planning and/or execution of customer satisfaction activities, planning and/or execution of market research and marketing activities and processes for products and services, planning and/or execution of relevant processes to obtain the highest benefit from the products or services offered),
- Carrying out the necessary work by the relevant business units to enable you to benefit from the products and services offered by AloTech and executing the related business processes (in this context; planning and/or execution of sales processes of products and/or services, planning and/or execution of after-sales support services, planning and/or execution of customer relationship management processes, tracking of customer requests and complaints, tracking of contract processes and/or legal claims),
- Ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial-business security of AloTech and the related persons in a business relationship with it (in this context; planning and/or execution of audit activities, planning and execution of necessary operational activities to ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures and/or relevant legislation, ensuring the security of operations, ensuring that data is accurate and up-to-date, providing information to authorized institutions arising from legislation),
- Carrying out the necessary work by the relevant business units for the realization of commercial activities carried out by AloTech and executing the related business processes (in this context; planning, auditing, and execution of information security processes, creation and management of information technology infrastructure, tracking of finance and/or accounting affairs, tracking of legal affairs, planning and/or execution of activities for the efficiency/productivity and/or appropriateness analysis of business activities, planning and execution of business activities, planning and execution of corporate communication activities, planning and execution of logistics activities, planning and execution of operational processes),
- Planning and execution of AloTech’s commercial and/or business strategies (in this context; management of relationships with business partners, manufacturers, dealers, and/or suppliers, execution of strategic planning activities, planning and tracking of performance evaluation processes of business partners, manufacturers, and/or suppliers).
Your personal data is shared by AloTech within the scope of the services provided, with insurance companies, software companies, domestic and foreign banks and financial institutions, licensed payment institutions, domestic and foreign organizations from which services are received for storing and protecting data in the cloud and similar environments, domestic and foreign organizations from which server services are received, domestic and foreign organizations from which services are received for sending commercial electronic messages, the Interbank Card Center (BKM), advertising and communication agencies, credit card service providers, payment service providers, internet service providers, mobile application and website software maintenance and support service providers, AloTech’s shareholders, other companies of the group or groups it is affiliated with, including its direct and indirect subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as AloTech’s domestic and foreign business and solution partners, limited to the information they will use within the scope of their activities.
AloTech also shares your personal data with judicial, administrative, or other official authorities to whom it is legally obligated to provide information. The purpose of these data sharing activities is to provide our services securely, uninterruptedly, and with high quality, and to fulfill our legal obligations.
For purposes such as the development of the Website and platforms, increasing the variety of products and services according to customer and user preferences, and measuring user experience, we work with service providers located abroad and specified in this Policy. In this context, links to other sites may be provided within the Website, and AloTech bears no responsibility for the privacy practices and content of the sites accessed through these links. Advertisements published on AloTech’s site are distributed to our users through our advertising business partners. The principles of this Privacy and Security Policy apply to the Website and do not cover third-party websites.
AloTech takes all necessary measures to provide the appropriate level of security in accordance with the legislation to prevent the unlawful use of your data and to ensure its protection during the processing and sharing of your personal data. Personal data will only be collected within the scope of AloTech’s activities, used in connection with the purposes of collection, stored for the periods required by the processing purposes, will not be processed in a way that exceeds the rules and exceptions specified in the current legislation, and upon the disappearance of the reasons requiring its processing, it will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized, without prejudice to the storage obligations arising from other current legislation.
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, by applying to AloTech, you have the rights to: (i) learn whether your personal data is being processed, (ii) request information if your personal data has been processed, (iii) learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, (iv) know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred at home or abroad, (v) request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, (vi) request the deletion or destruction of your Personal Data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist, to be evaluated within the principles of purpose, period, and legitimacy, (vii) request that the correction, deletion, or destruction of your personal data be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred, (viii) object to a result against you arising from the analysis of your processed personal data exclusively through automated systems, and (ix) request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
You can always reach us for the updating and correction of your personal data held by AloTech, and for all other questions, requests, and opinions regarding your personal data, through the methods specified in the Application Form located at https://alotech.com.tr/basvuru-formu on the Website, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. AloTech will conclude your request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, AloTech reserves the right to charge a fee based on the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

If not approved by the User, AloTech does not send any messages with such content to the User. If the User does not wish to receive messages sent by AloTech, they have the right to leave AloTech’s communication list at any time by exercising their right to refuse to receive commercial electronic messages.
